What if I want a product that is not on the website?
You are always welcome to contact us directly to discuss your requirements for products not listed on the website. In many cases, we may offer more products than we could place on our website.
In which languages is the user manual available?
Instructions for using the self-tests are available in Montenegrin, Lithuanian, English, Polish, Latvian, Estonian and German. Also, we can provide translations into other languages, which can be agreed upon during individual consultations.
Customers can pick up their orders themselves from our representative office in Podgorica or use the services of our partner courier services.
How fast can we get the products?
If you order on a business day and we have the item you want in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise, we schedule delivery individually.
Are the tests suitable for self-testing?
Yes, our range includes Testera brand tests for home testing, i.e. self-monitoring. They are designed to test for pregnancy, vitamin D levels and more. You can find these tests by clicking on this link
What is the expiry date of the tests?
The normal shelf life of the products is 24-36 months. The shelf life varies depending on the product. However, we would like to point out that due to the high volume of orders, we do not keep products in stock. Therefore, customers normally receive products with a lifetime of only a few months, which ensures maximum marketability.
